Saturday, September 25^th from 9 AM thru 11 PM

Sunday, September 26^th from 9 AM thru 3 PM

Food will be available at the Porkin’ Ain’t Easy Site after the below-listed turn-in times; we are not selling to the public, we are feeding our invited guests, so bon appetite’ . . .

Saturday Evening (Turn-in Times):

6:00 PM – Brisket, Pork Butt, and PorkRibs

6:00 PM – Chef’s Choice (Beef Tenderlion/Shrimp or Lamb)

6:30 PM – Pork Steak

7:00 PM – Chicken

7:30 PM – Desert (possibly Mississippi Mud Pie)

Sunday Morning (Turn-in Times):

9:00 AM – Pork Ribs

9:30 AM – Pork Butt

10:00 AM – Chili

10:30 AM – Brisket

NOTE: Food will be available until the 2 PM Awards Ceremony

You will need to bring chairs and non-alcoholic beverages* of your choice; we will have Tea, Water and Ice available.  At competition times, please forgive us if we are tied up with preparation tasks, and not available to readily greet you; we are glad that you are at the site, make yourself at home, we are just busy at the time; we are available to socialize once competition turn-ins are complete.  We appreciate anyone willing to stay and help break down site Sunday afternoon at 3 PM, as we will have been up over 24 hours, all surplus barbeque items left are available to take with you, with our complements and thanks for your assistance.

* NOTE: There will be Beer/Margarita/Pepsi Booths, but if you wish to have your own alcoholic beverages brought in, we need to have it to Mike or Chip by Thursday to bring to the site for set-up on Friday; as no one is admitted with these items once the event opens (they will be checking bags). 

Please RSVP if you plan to attend to Chip at his cell phone or email by 5 PM on Wednesday, 22^nd of September, as this will provide a count for accurate purchasing of meats.
