                       Saturday, September 26^th, from 9:00 AM thru 11:00 PM
                       Sunday, September 27^th, from 9:00 AM thru 3:00 PM

                       Food Will Be Available at the Porkin’ Ain’t Easy Site After Each of the Below Turn-In Times …           |

6:00 PM – Brisket, Pork Butt, and Pork Ribs                           9:00 AM – Pork Ribs
6:00 PM – Chef’s Choice (Beef Tenderloin and Shrimp)            9:30 AM – Pork Butt
6:30 PM – Pork Steak                                                             10:00 AM – Chili
7:00 PM – Chicken                                                                  10:30 AM – Brisket
7:30 PM – Desert (possibly Apple/Pear Cobbler)                    Food Available until 2 PM Awards Ceremony

At competition times, please forgive us if we are tied up with preparation tasks, and not available to readily greet you; we are glad that you are at the site, make yourself at home, we are just busy at the time; we are available to socialize once competition turn-ins are complete.  We appreciate anyone willing to stay and help break down site Sunday afternoon at 3 PM, as we will have been up over 24 hours, all surplus barbeque items left are available to take with you, with our complements and thanks for your assistance. 

You will need to bring chairs and non-alcoholic beverages of your choice; we will have Tea, Water and Ice available.    

NOTE: There will be Beer/Margarita/Pepsi Booths, but if you wish to have your own alcoholic beverages brought in, we need to have it to Mike or Chip by Thursday to bring to the site for set-up on Friday; as no one is admitted with these items once the event opens (they will be checking bags).

Please RSVP if you plan to attend to Chip at his phone number by 5 PM on Wednesday,        |  23^rd of September, as this will provide a count for accurate purchasing of meats.             |
